Install from your dashboard
In WordPress, go to Plugins, then Add New. Search for “Contact Form 7” and click Install, then Activate.

Download the zip on this page. In WordPress, go to Plugins, then Add New, then Upload Plugin. Choose the file, click Install Now, then Activate.
Requires WordPress 7.1 and PHP 8.3 or newer.
Does it save form entries?
No. Install Flamingo, a free add-on by the same author, to keep submissions in the dashboard.
